John Comerford is a partner in the St. Louis law firm Dowd Bennett LLP, where he focuses on business litigation. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served in Naval Aviation and shore duty in Washington D.C. for several years before attending law school at Georgetown University. He served on the Missouri Veterans Commission from 2008 to 2012 including as its chairperson. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© list and has been named to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list continuously since 2017.
